WALLER COUNTY CASES TODAY.

The cases against Abe Smith, Aaron Washington and Jim Washington (sic - Williams), who are charged with the killing of Tucker Pinckney near Hempstead several years ago, are set for today in the criminal court.  This case was transferred to Harris county on a change of venue from Waller county, because of the feeling existing at the time against the negroes.
