Local Option Cases.

HEMPSTEAD, Texas, February 4. — Seven separate cases, charging violations of the prohibition law, have been filed against James McDade and W. E. Wagnon in the county court by the county attorney and will be tried at its present month's term, to be convened tomorrow.  The filing of these cases is the result of the recent inquiry held a few weeks ago.  Aside from these, the court docket contains, with perhaps one or two exceptions, only cases continued from previous terms.
