JAMES CARROLL KILLS NAPOLEON FARR.

Hempstead, Texas, May 4. — James Carroll, a prominent cattleman, this afternoon shot and killed Napoleon Farr, another well-known stockman, at Waller Station, ten miles south of here. A dispute over a stock transaction led to the shooting.  Carroll was arrested.
