An Editor Killed.

About 1 p. m., on Wednesday, at tho May Fest grounds at Hempstead; a difficulty occurred between J. H. Farr, editor of the Hempstead Courier, and J. W. I. (sic) Cloud, his brother-in-law, in which the latter shot and killed Farr. Cloud was put undor arrest. A jury of inquest was empaneled and adjourned till this mprning.  A feud of some years standing had existed between tho two men. Mr. Farr had been a resident of Hempstead for many years and had long been engaged in the newspaper business.
