Joseph H. Farr is now the editor of the Waller county Courier. He seems to think that the present jury system of Texas was conceived in the interest of the rich to wrong or enslave the poor. This discovery made by Mr. Farr will amaze the framers of a law which has been lauded most extravagantly by the lawyers and the bench, and by those who would have crime punished.
