Trains leave Houston every day at 7 A.M.
Arrive at Cypress ................  8:45 A.M.
   "      Hempstead .............. 10:00 A.M.
Leave Hempstead at ..................   12 M.
Arrive Cypress at ................. 1:40 P.M.
   "   Houston .................... 8:30 P.M.

The great through U. S. Daily Mail Line from Galveston and Houston, to the interior.

The Houston and Texas Central Railway completed to Hempstead.

Trains leave Houston every day at 7 o'clock A.M., connecting at Hempstead with Sawyer's splendid lines of Daily Four-horse Post Coaches for Austin, via Chappell Hill, Brenham, Round Top, LaGrange, Bastrop, Webberville to Austin — 28 miles less staging than by any other route.

This line connects at Austin, with Sawyer's Daily Four-horse Post Coaches for Gonzales, Lockhart, Seguin, New Braunfels, San Antonio and all Western Texas.

Tri-weekly Mail Stages also connect with the road at Hempstead for Waco, via Anderson, Boonville, Wheelock, Owensville, Alto Springs and Martin. — Connecting at Waco with tri-weekly Stages for Belton, Georgetown, Austin, Milford, Waxahachie, Lancaster, Dallas, McKinney, Bonham, Paris to Clarksville, and thence to Little Rock, Arkansas.

Stages connect with this road at Cypress for Montgomery, Danville, Cold Springs, Plantersville, Waverly, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, Crockett, Palestine, Henderson, Rusk, Madisonville, Marshall, Tyler, Nacogdoches, San Augustine, and the county seats of nearly every county east of the Trinity.

All these Stages are scheduled to the quickest time in the State, and the connections are known to be the best and most reliable, and all of them carry the U.S. Mails. F.B. CHASE.
