According to Janice Cloud's notes, there are only two copies of this book still in existence. She wrote:

The only two copies known to me of this rare and valuable work are at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and the Historical Society of Delaware in Wilmington. The copy from which these pages have been scanned is from the latter institution. The copy in Philadelphia contains several additional pieces of correspondence between Potts and Cloud descendants bound into the typescript.
