Local Option Contest Has Been Dropped from Docket.

Hempstead, Texas, October 5. — The prohitition injunction suit styled W. F. Wagnon et al vs. John M. Pinckney, county judge, et al, was dismissed from the docket this morning for want of prosecution.  This ends the injunction suit and prohibition is now legally in effect in Waller county.
