Nat Cuny Acquitted.

Hempstead, Texas, February 18. — In the Nat Cuny murder case the jury this morning brought in a verdict of not guilty.  The theory of the defense was that Cuny was not responsible for his action at the time he killed Jerry Henderson, and, judging from the verdict returned, the jury accepted the theory of the defendant's attorneys.
