The review of the twelve months that have made up its career, furnishes a pleasant retrospect, which must be ever bright and satisfactory in the memory of the earnest mind, whose energies have been lent to the dual purpose of pleasing its readers and helping to induce thought among them, tending to needed reforms in the domains of political and social economy.
