District Court — Cases Set for Trial.

Hempstead, April 5. — District court convened this morning. Judge Burkhart delivered an able and exhaustive charge to the grand jury. The state docket is set for Wednesday. The case of Hargrave, charged with manslaughter, is set for trial on the 8th inst.; Young, charged with murder, set for 10th; Kirby, for murder, set for 13th; Morris, for murder, set for 16th. The court room was crowded with spectators.
