Weather-bound. — There is a number of wagons, loaded and unloaded, in and around Bellville and at the different ferry landings on the river, waiting for transportation across, some of which have been thus waiting and camping out for over a month, and now those not in the immediate vicinity of Crump's flat-boat will have to undergo a further detention since the sinking of both ferry boats until they are again in operation.
