Columbia street.  The stolen articles were taken from the battery at various times during the last three or four months, but the thief could not be discovered, though Cloud was suspected.  Last night, Harry Grimme took Cloud in custody, obtained a confession of the robbery from him and preferred a charge of grand larceny against him.. His stepfather is a Chinaman, living at 1935 Fairfield avenue. Harry Cloud has been taken to Indianapolis and committed to jail to wait the action of the federal grand jury on the charge that he stole equipment from the Indiana national guard armory here.  At the hearing before Commissioner Logan yesterday Edward Hooper and Fred Stahl, who were arrested on the same charge, were discharged.   	FAILED TO PROVIDE Is Charge Made Against Harry Cloud by Wife Charging her husband, Harry Cloud, with failing to provide for her, Mary Cloud has begun proceedings for a divorce.  It is alleged that the couple separated on Sept. 1 of this year, having been married on Nov. 16, 1912.  The complaint was filed by P.B.
