    Notes 
    • The Jackson County, AL 1880 census indicates that Canzada's father was born in Denmark and her mother was born in Indiana.  That same census entry also indicates that Christopher Columbus's father and mother were both born in VA.  All of the Jackson County, AL census entries for George W. Cloud state that he was born in NC.  Canzada Cloud was buried in Old Baptist cemetery located near what was then call Bolivar and a community now called Edgefield, Jackson County, AL.  Her grave was unmarked.
      Andrew Kelso was listed as head of family in the Jackson County, AL 1840 census, page 22.  The family was listed with one male 10 - 15, one male 15 - 20, one male 40 - 50, two females 5 - 10, one female 20 - 30 and one female 40- 50.  Canzada would have been about six years old according to later census.

      Obituary headline: Mrs. Cloud Dead. The deceased was the widow of Mr. C. C. Cloud who died several years ago. She was on a visit at Mr. D. L. G. Wilsons and taken sick Sunday evening with acute indigestion, at about 3 o'clock, and died before six, lived less than three hours after taken sick. Her remains were taken to what is known as the old Baptist grave yard, near Bolivar for burial.
