  Notes	Joseph and Priscilla Jackson Jessop moved from Guilford County to Surry County, NC around 1784.  They became members of the Quaker Westfield Monthly Meetings.  Joseph's name begins to appear in  Surry County's court records beginning in 1785.  The Jessop and Cloud families were neighbors and shared adjoining property boundaries.  Joseph Jessop signed as witness to Joseph Cloud legal transactions and vis-a-vis.
