James Cloud
CLOUD, James Michael, age 26, of Lake Placid died Sunday, May 2, 2004 at his home. Michael was a native of Lake Wales, Florida born September 30, 1977. He had been a lifelong resident of Highlands County, and a Lake Placid resident for the past 10 years. Michael was self employed. In Lake Placid he participated in the Lake Placid Youth Sports Programs, was a member of the NHRA, Ford Racing League, and the Florida Avenue Baptist Church in Avon Park. Michael is survived by his wife, Paige (Carl) Cloud; sons, Austin Cloud and Dustin Osteen; daughters, Kassidee Cloud and Victoria Osteen, all of Lake Placid; father, Philip and mother, Caroline of Lake Butler; and mother, Constance and stepfather, Rob Williams of Avon Park; sister, Charley Cloud of Lake Butler; brothers, Jared (Kim) Cloud of Avon Park; Brett of Sebring; and Johnathan Berry of Lake Butler; paternal grandmother, Doris Cloud of Lake City; brother-in-law, Skip (Dawn) Carl; Rick (Sheryl) Carl; and sister-in-law, Gail Carl; nieces, Hail ey, Kelly Carl, and Leah Schweller; nephews, Colby Cloud and Billy Carl; special friends, Dottie & Mike Lyons, Cathy & Johnny Rosado, Amy & Robert Osteen, Jolene & Rob Harbaugh, Kurt & Kyle Harbaugh, Josh & Cane Easterday, Lisa Albritton, Cindy Cory & CD Shaw, Kelly Conner, Brent Beirman, Heather Markham, Eric Williams, Joshua (Tator) Varnes, Steven Levine, Roy Holden, Casey & JJ Rosado, Brian Howard, Joshua McKee and many others who touched Michael's life. Funeral Services will be from the Scott Funeral Home, Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. A one hour visitation will begin prior to service time. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Lake Placid.
