- Obituary:
Cloud, Dorothy "Dottie" Cassell Born on Jan. 21, 1928, was called home on Jan. 8, 2009. Dottie was devoted to her family and her ministry to her Lord was serving Him through the Music Ministry as a choir member and Music Librarian for over 30 years. Left to cherish her memories are her husband of 61 years, John H. Cloud; children, Marcile "Marty" Hale, Marvin (Lisa) Cloud, & Marsha "Mash" Cloud; grandchildren, Marcus Ambrester (Jen), Kim Young, Travis Hale (fiance Kristin Flowers), Lindsey Cloud and four great-grand children; sisters, Joan Lovas (Bill) and Anita Bledsoe (Bill) and numerous family & friends. Funeral services are 2pm, Monday, Jan. 12, 2009 @ Hillcrest Baptist Church, Cedar Hill. Visitation is 2-4 pm, Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009 at Jaynes. Burial is at Laurel Land Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church Music Ministry.
