Church, Mon. at 10 o'clock, burial at the Batson Cemetery.
The deceased was one of the early settlers of Jackson Township. His first wife died several years ago. His second wife was Miss Martha Lawry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lawry. She still survives him. His surviving children by his second wife are Hazel, aged 10; Zona, aged 5; and a son, one year old. The children surviving him by his first marriage are Demming, living in Huntington County near Buckeye; Mrs. Elmer Rogers, living near Montpelier; Mrs. Della McElhaney, living near Warren; Delmer of Bridgeport, Ill.; Delphos, single, barber, Mt.
