  Notes	- Rockdale Reporter, Thur., 10 Oct 2002 Leeper HOUSTON -- Services for Frances Margaret Watson Leeper, 80, of Houston were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at Brookside Chapel of Chimes in Houston. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery in Houston.     Mrs. Leeper died Thursday, Oct. 3, in Houston.     A resident of Houston for 2-1/2 years, she was born June 22, 1922, at Santa Anna, Coleman County, to Walter and Elsie Dickey Watson. She married Delbert Earl Leeper on Dec. 25, 1941, in Rockdale. Mrs. Leeper was a housewife.     She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Eleanor Watson Gill Irwin, and two brothers, Bedford Moore Watson and Benny Walter Watson.     Survivors are her husband, Delbert Earl Leeper; two daughters, Linda Gail Leeper Lipp and husband Clifford of Houston and Vivian Ann Leeper Whiteman and husband John of Stafford; a brother, Charlie James Watson and wife Patricia of Rockdale; a sister, Nora Lee Watson Fisher of Houston; also, two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.     Honorary pallbearers were Jack Knowels, Eugene Luckey, Bob Irwin, James Fisher, Robert Fisher, Clyde Fisher, Rusty Garrison, Rodney Hodges, John Condrey, Lance Webb and Delbert Lipp.
