Thomas Blankenship for an assault committed on the body of John Claiborne
the 31st day of October (Immediately following the last of the above trials, Thomas Blankenship is tried by the same jury, charged with "Committing an assault on the body of John Claiborne on the 31st day of
October 1787", the jury finds he is guilty in manner and form as charged, the court then fines him ? 10 current money to the use of the Commonwealth and that he pay the costs of the prosecution)
