He also went by Harry Hay or Henry Heis.  He lived in Epwell, Oxon County, England which is only 14 miles from Stratford-on-Avon of Shakespeare fame & that Henry lived during the later years of Shakespeare's life.  He was probably buried in the little church yard at Epwell.  He was godfather to Margaret JEFFREY.
