Notes |
- Dorothy Brannon remembers her grandfather having a black man that stayed on his place and took care of his orchard and they called him "Old Tuck". She thought he was the son of a slave.
From the book "Milano Texas; A History, 1873-1965" by Basil McGregor:
"Mr. CLOUD was a farmer, worked in the Coal Mines, served as Road Commissioner of Beats No. 3 and 4, Milam County. He died December 5, 1946, and was buried in Sandy Creek Cemetery."
