  Notes	Magliore ("Maguire") Chaison was the son of Jean Baptiste ("Jonas") and Marie (LeBlanc) Chaison of St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.  His father Jean Baptiste ("Jonas") Chaison was a native of Nova Scotia who had come to America to fight with the rebellious colonists in the American Revolution.  In his later years, Jean Baptiste ("Jonas") resided with Maguire and Eliza in Jefferson county and he lived beyond the age of 105.
