Widower and relict of Peter of Peter Younger, Abigail Younger; whereas Peter had two lots in Williamstown; sold to John Buskirk afterward sold to Robert Nicholson. Abigail never released her dower and started suit in Chancery Court after his death against Nicholson (pending) to recover dower. Took $30 for dower.

Peter Younger sold part of a lot in Williamstown to John Buskirk for $300 recorded 9 Jul 1846. A Suit in Chancery Court ordered the heirs of Peter Younger to convey the property and they did not. The court ordered the deed to be executed on behalf of the heirs: Sally, wife of Cyrus Williams, Nellie (Millie), wife of Willis Marksberry, Polly Younger, wife of David Rains, Elizabeth, wife of John Coulson and John B. Younger.
