IMA LEE (BRAWNER) RIVA, beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and companion, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 21, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald H. Riva; parents George H. & Edna May Brawner; brothers Robert & George E. Brawner. Survivors include daughters Shirley Denby & husband Henry; Jacqueline Dodd; Leona Klingaman & husband Gene; Brenda McCurry; sons Ronald H. Riva & Rodney H. Riva; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; sisters Thelma Williamson & Patricia Schiro; brothers Arthur & Roy Brawner; numerous nieces and nephews; and a very special friend & long time companion Denny Caldwell. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, July 26, 1999 at Brookside Funeral Chapel. Burial to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
