  	Death certificate for Jesse S. Seybold revealed that he was a pool room owner, a widower and that the cause of death was "carbolic acid poisoning with suicidal intent."  The death certificate was signed by Sarah Merrill of Newburgh, IN.  His obituary in the Boonville Standard (IN) dated Friday, May 21, 1915, page 1 - it says that Jesse is survived by 1 daughter, Mrs. E.C. Reed of St. Louis and 2 sons - William Seybold of Henderson and Arthur M. Seybold of Newburgh, IN. The obituary also states that Jesse had been secretary of the school board.
