George Washington. She was a Revolutionary War Heroine in that she rescued three of her five sons, all soldiers, after their capture by British forces. Her proven descendants are eligible to apply for membership in the D.A.R. Rosanna Waters Farrow is one of the few women whose descendants are eligible to membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution on her own record. She was proud to have five sons old enough to fight for Liberty. All of her sons were in active duty the summer of 1780.
