Stephenson 30 & wife Malissa 26. that Amelia was either the sister of James & Thomas Bell or their first cousin.  The families of James Bell and James Bell Stephenson lived very close together in Grimes County, and there are numerous documents which are witnessed by one in the presence of the other, so it seems they were kinfolk.
