"Helen Gordon--Helen Gordon of Yoncalla, died Feb. 27, 1990, at the age of 78. She was born Dec. 31, 1911, in Texas County, Okla. She is survived by her son and wife, Wesley and Joy Gordon of Cottage Grove; daughter and her husband, Johnnie and Don Pinson of Drain; granddaughter, Laurie Woods and 7 other grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; numerous other nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 3, at the Drain Assembly of God Church with Delbert White officiating. Interment was at the Drain Cemetery."
