      CLEARWATER - Services for Evelyn Stracener Jenkins will be at 2 p.m. today in Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Revs. Roger Cole, Dennis Snoddy and L.J. Stotts officiating. Music will be provided by Cheri Taylor and Nell Rayburn. Burial will be in Clearwater Cemetery under direction of Hixson Bros., Alexandria.  Mrs. Jenkins died Tuesday, March 5, 2002.  She spent the majority of her life in Clearwater and was a homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Jenkins; her father, George Stracener; her mother, Bonnie Whatley Stracener Jenkins; and three brothers, Jimmy Stracener, Bert Stracener and L.B. Jenkins Jr.  Survivors include one son, Michael L. Jenkins of Alexandria; a brother, N.W. Jenkins of Fifth Ward; a great niece, Kimberly Goin Snoddy, whom she raised; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Pallbearers will be Joey Fisher, Chuck Harris, Cecil Jenkins, David Jenkins, Michael Jenkins II and Randy Pratt.  Friends may call from 10 a.m. today until time of services at the church.  Memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, 1369 Clearwater Loop, Cheneyville, LA 71325, or a charity of choice.
