- Obituary:
TRENTON, GA: Shirley Beth Cloud, age 79, passed away December 10, 2018. She was past president of the P.T.A. and loved to cook. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, John L. Meeks; grandson Joshua Mark Cloud; parents John Herbert and Allison Annie McBryar; sisters Geneva McBryar and Geraldine Shrader; two brothers Verdell McBryar and Hershel McBryar.
Survivors include her loving husband of fourteen years, Mark Cloud; sons Ondel Lee (Tammi) Meeks, Soddy-Daisy, TN; Kelly (Ali) Meeks, Decatur, AL; step-daughter Tonya (Steve) Matthews; step-son Rusty (Patti) Cloud; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM EST Friday, December 14, 2018 at the Trenton Chapel with Brother Jason Gilreath and Brother Jeff Daniels officiating. Burial will follow in Lake Hills Cemetery.
