- Obituary:
Funeral services for Mr. Roy "Mickey" Cloud will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, 2014 in Christ Church, Oakdale, La. with Reverend Greg Willis officiating. Interment will follow in Oakhill Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale, La.
Mr. Cloud, 76, of Pitkin, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 10, 2014 in Oakdale Community Hospital.
Roy was a member of Pipeliners Local #692.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tullay and Euna (Johnson) Cloud; two brothers, Carl Evans Cloud and James Troy "Buddy" Cloud and one grandson,Nickey Wayne Cloud.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of twelve years, Elaine Cloud of Pitkin, La. two sons, Mark Cloud and his wife, Belinda of Pitkin and Kevin Cloud and his wife, Cathy of Fairview; two daughters, Sara Isbell and her husband, Shaston of Sugartown and Jena Marie Cloud of Youngsville, La. two brothers, Donald Ray Cloud and his wife, Melinda of Justin, Texas and Travis Cloud of Oberlin; three sisters, Ersa Lea Welch of Oakdale, Sybil Vessels of Garland, Texas and Juna Lea Thompson of Mesquite, Texas; fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at Christ Church, Oakdale on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. until time of services at 2:00 p.m.
