- Obituary:
GOSHEN -- Alison "Ali" H. Cloud, 17, of 622 S. Third St., died at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday (March 1, 2005) at her home following a 21/2 year battle with cancer.
She was born Nov. 16, 1987, in South Bend.
She is survived by her parents, Lori Cloud of Goshen and Charles and Melissa Cloud of Goshen; a sister, Megan Cloud of Goshen; two stepbrothers, Brandon and Andrew Sebastian, both of Goshen; and grandparents Fred and Jo Track of The Villages, Fla., and Judy Schuster of Toledo, Ohio.
Two grandfathers, James Schuster and Thomas Cloud, preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 S. Main St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at The Life Center, 1212 W. Plymouth Ave., Goshen. The Rev. Karl Black of St. Mark Missionary Church in Mishawaka will officiate. A private family burial will be at West Goshen Cemetery prior to Friday's services. Ali attended Bethany Christian High School until the fall of 2004, when she began attending The Crossing Educational Center. She also worked as a barista at The Crossing Cafe. She enjoyed playing soccer and spending time with friends.
Memorials may be given to the Alison Cloud Scholarship Fund or the Samantha Hickey Foundation.
