    • Obituary:
      Robert Cloud Sr.
      Robert P. Cloud Sr., 86, of Lake Placid died April 24, 2009.  Born in Kennett Square, Pa., he was a resident of Lake Placid.  He served during World War II as a Navy carrier pilot in the South Pacific and later as a military pilot in the Naval Reserves.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Lake Placid.
      Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughter, the Rev. Becky Cloud; son, Robert P. Jr.; six brothers and sisters; and two grandchildren.
      Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church.  A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Ray Cameron officiating.
      In lieu of flowers, contributions made to the First Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 118 N. Oak St., Lake Placid, FL 33852.
      Arrangements are being handled by Michael Brochetti Funeral Home, Lake Placid.
