    • Fay Whittington Becomes Bride Of Demetrius Loukas
The Rev. Curtis Smith Officiates At Ceremony Held At Whittington Home
The marriage of Fay Whittington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.B. Whittingotn of Groves, to Demetrius Loukas, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Loukas, 1645 Lakeshore drive, took place Saturday at the Whittington home with the Rev. Curtis Smith, pastor of First Nazarene church, officiating.  Mrs. R.J. Ford played the wedding music.  Lillies and fern decked the home which was illuminated by white candles.
The bride was gowned in a smart white traveling suite with white and navy accessories.  She wore an orchid as a corsage.
Her only attendant was her sister, Mrs. Myrtls Reynolds, who was attired in white with green accessories.  Steve Loukas attended his brother as best man.
After a wedding trip to New Orleans, La., and Biloxi, Miss., Mr. and Mrs. Loukas will make their home in Port Arthur.  Both are graduates of Thomas Jefferson high school.  Mrs. Loukas later attended the University of Texas at Austin and Mr. Loukas attended Lon Morris college in Jacksonville, Miss.  Mr. Loukas is an employe of the J.C. Penney company.
