ELMER CARTEE FUNERAL WILL BE HELD IN MAQUOKETA Maquoketa, Ia., Nov. 30. -- Word was received here Sunday night of the death at Marshalltown, of Mrs. Elmer Cartee.  The body will be brought here for burial, and funeral services will be conducted at the Buchner chapel Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, the Rev. D.F. Boomershine officiating.  Burial will be made in Mount Hope cemetery.  Mrs. Cartee, whose maiden name was Blanche Diel, is not well known here, having lived here only a few months, ten or twelve years ago, but her husband was born here.  She leaves three young children; Edward, Veva and Ethelyn.  Word was received by her sister-in-law, Mrs. B.J.
