      Amon Carter Sued for Divorce
      FORT WORTH, Jan. 6 (AP) -- A divorce suit instituted by Nenetta Burton Carter against Amon Carter was on file in district court today.
      The petition stated that his want of attention and lack of affection had created a form of mental cruelty, which rendered their living together as husband and wife insupportable, thereby impairing the petitioner's health.

      Amon G. Carter is Divorced
      FORT WORTH. Feb. 5 (UP) -- Amon G. Carter, jovial "one-man publicity bureau" for the city and publisher of one of the largest papers in Texas, today had been divorced for the second time.
      Mrs. Nenetta Burton Carter was awarded a divorce in district court.  She filed the suit on Jan. 4 and alleged mental cruelty.  The had not lived together for several years.
      Carter did not contest the divorce.
