The following would have been from a Titusville paper. Olivia Jane died on 17 July 1914. She lived in Titusville. I will shorten the article a bit.
....
Olivia Jane WITHEROP of North Washington street, widow of the late Peter Titus WITHEROP, passed away at about 5 o'clock yesterday morning......was the daughter of the late Hon. William and Eliza CURRY BARNSDALL, and was born in this city July 18, 1836. Her parents were among the pioneer residents of this city...... In the late 50's Mrs. Witherop was married in this city to Peter Titus Witherop who died here about twelve years ago.
To this union there waas born one son J. W. Witherop, who survives and resides in Spokane, Wash. She also leaves to mourn her death, two sisters, Mrs. Lucy McCLELAND of Providence, R.I., and Mrs. Charles W. SNAKARD of this city and a brother, Theodore N. BARNSDALL of Pittsburgh, the well known oil and gas operator...... The services were in charge of Rev. Albert BROADHURST, rector of St. James Memorial Church.
The remains were deposited in the Barnsdall family mausoleum in Woodlawn cemetery........ the pall was borne to its last resting place by Messrs. W. J. STEPHENS, O. W. BENTLEY, C. H. McFADDEN, C. H. POTTER, George A. CHASE and William N. HOSACK.
Among the out-of-town attendants were T. N. BARNSDALL and Robert LAW, Pittsburgh; Mrs. T. N. BARNSDALL II, Bradford; Mr. and Mrs. Frank SNAKARD, Dallas, Tex.; Mrs. J. W. Witherop, Spokane, Wash.; Mrs. Clelland of Providence, R.I. and Mrs. Anna CONNELL of Pittsburgh.
