Before me, Edward Martin personally appeared John McCoy and being duly sworn upon oath, saith that yesterday, the first day of this instant, I was with my father, Henry McCoy and Hugh Aiken Examining the lines of that Plantation ortrack of land where Henry McCoy now lives, which said land Henry McCoy, my Father, hath sold to Hugh Aiken and they are the said corner trees and lines that John Winn laid off, to my Father, to the best of my knowledge, as I was along and was one of the chain carriers at the time John Winn laid off that land. Sworn and subscribed this 2nd day of March 1802 (Edward Martin J. P.) Signed John McCoy (Recorded 2nd July 1804)
