  Notes	Benjamin and Sarah (Sally) Williams settled on the Millikan homestead, divided between him and his brother Samuel. He died early in life. He and Sarah were buried in Marlborough Quaker churchyard where so many of their kindred rest. He was one of the administrator's of his father's estate in 1834. Seven children were born unto this union.
