- The daughter of Fannie and an Indian, she received an allotment due to her Indian blood -- she is listed as Choctaw, car #217, Dawes Roll # 430. Her name on her marriage license looks at one place like "Denie" and at another like "Diennie". Her name was originally taken from Pontotoc County, OK Probate records, case #695, book 1, page 481, of Arthur Seybolt, deceased, Deanie Day Seabolt administrator, now also from her social security application. (Her address on the SS application is 714 N. 7th, Ft. Smith, Arkansas and dated 2-23-1938.)
