- Piety O'Neal Bailey was the daughter of William O'Neal of JoCo and Serena/Rene Hinton. The Warren Bailey who acted as bm for the marriage of Piety and Hutson was the brother of Hutson. (Warren is not mentioned in the land division, but received deed of gift "to loving son" on 18 Feb 1818.Warren was married to Elizabeth O'Neal, dau of Ishom O'Neal. He died ca 1843 and his lands were divided among heirs in Court's Aug Term 1843.) William O'Neal died ca 1845 and Hutson received negro slaves Ely and Tildia from his estate
