Divorced:
- -
Myrtle Fly, by her attorneys, Thomas & Hackney, has filed a divorce suit against her husband, Wesley Fly, to who she was married may 22, 1898. They lived together until 1907 when, because of alleged indignities she left him.
In addition to the usual claim of indignities, Mrs. Fly accuses her husband of intimate relations with one Mollie Cook that when at home he was cross and cruel to plaintiff, quarreling with and calling her vile names; that he would throw her across the room in a rude, insolent manner, and that on one occasion had choked her. For those indignities plaintiff asks absolute divorce and the custody of the minor child, Carl Fly.
Webb City Register, August 26, 1907.
