- My uncle George....Georgie, pargie, pudding and pie. That will always be the first thing that enters my mind when I remember him. He use to frighten me so bad when I was young. He had a birthmark on his left arm, from his hand to his mid arm, that was black with long black hair. My grandmother said she marked him by a hog, as old tells go. He would tell us kids that he was a werewolf and would turn on the full moon. Boy what a tell and I believed him. His occupation until he retired was an electrician. He should have been an actor instead.

Cupp, 63, of Kolin died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2000, in Veterans' Affairs Medical Center, Shreveport. He was a native of Kolin and a member of the Church of Christ. He was a retired electrician and a U.S. Air Force veteran. Survivors: sons, George Cupp Jr. of Alexandria and John W. Cupp of Oklahoma City; daughters, Tammy Simon of Oklahoma City, Cathy Glidwell and Karen Shelton, both of Guthrie, Ok., Patty Murphree of Birmingham, Al., and Teri Scott of Omaha, Neb.; brother, Buster Cupp of Vicksburg, Miss.; sisters, Queenie Brossett and Ruby Mark, both of Pineville, Daisy Mayeux of Marksville and Monnette Paul of Vista, Ar.; 15 grandchildren. Pallbearers: George Cupp Jr., John Cupp, James McAllister, Jeff Glidwell, Kevin Shelton, Billy Shelton, Derek Cupp and Douglas Blush
