"With respect represents that her said husband lattly (sic) died in said parish leaving 'as' (x'd out) issue of their said legal marriage six minor children to Ida A Whittington, Minnie, Rosa, Willy -- Earnest -- Agnes Whittington. Your petitioner further represents that she is entitled to be appoin. natural Tutrix to her said minors. She therefore prays your honor to confer said Tutorship to her, That she be permitted to qualify as aforesaid according to Law, That letters of her said Tutorship may ..... to her in said capacity, That Hilliar H. Hightower of said parish be appointed under Tutor to her said minor children for all legal and necessary steps in the premises and for General Relief."
