Obituary:
Johnnie Seybolt Dies Tuesday Night"
Was in Cleaning Business Here For Number of Years"
Johnnie Seybolt, who for the past 15 years has been in the cleaning business here and who returned from the service about three weeks ago, dropped dead shortly after midnight Tuesday."
He grew up in Ada and was attending a special dance when he died."
Before entering the service he operated the Bon Ton Cleaning plant on West Twelfth. He sold the business about a week ago."
Survivors include his wife, Neoma Lee Seybolt, stepmother, Mrs. Ollie Seybolt, and two sisters, Miss Erma and Miss Dorris Seybolt, all of Ada."

Johnnie Seybolt"
Johnnie Seybolt, 42, died Wednesday at 1:15 A.M. His home was at 626 West Twelfth. Funeral services will be announced later by Criswell Funeral home; burial at Memorial Park."
Pallbearers will be J.W. Sweat, Quinton Blake, Lake Wilson, Alpheus Tribbey, Frank Gargis and Carley Folger."
Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Neoma Lee Seybolt; stepmother, Mrs. Ollie Seybolt, and two sistres (sic), Miss Emma and Miss Dorris Seybolt, all of Ada."

His probate papers say he died November 20, 1945 but, if he died on Wednesday morning, as the obituary states, it would have been the 21st of November (the newspaper says he died shortly after midnight of Tuesday, or Wednesday morning). They say he was not survived by any child, or child of a deceased child or adopted child and that his sole heir is Sarah Naomi Seybold. The papers list their marriage date as 9-26-1933.

TO THE CREDITORS OF JOHN E. SEYBOLD, deceased:
All persons having claims against John E. Seybold, deceased, are required to present the same with the necessary vouchers to the undersigned administratrix, Sarah Naomi Seybold, of Ada, Oklahoma, in the County of Pontotoc, State of Oklahoma, within four months of the date hereof or the same will be forever barred.
