Richard R. Mills, 67 of Lindsay, Okla. A former resident of Kennedy, died Thursday in Lindsay. He had farmed in Karnes County and since had been engaged in the trucking business. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will be at 2:30 P.M. Monday in the Assembly of God Church here. Burial will be Kennedy Cemetery, under the directions of Eckols Funeral Home of Kennedy. Survivors include his wife, Jessie; three daughters, Mrs. Calvin Holcombe of Bloomington, Mrs. Ray Reed and Mrs. Gary Daniels, both of San Antonio; eight sons, Richard R. Mills Jr. of Salina, Kan., Delmar Mills of Bakersfield, Calif., Otis Mills of Colvis, Ca., Sam Mills of McArthur, Calif., and Kenneth O., Glen, James, and R.J. Mills, all of Lindsay, Okla; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Van Horn of Winnie, and Mrs. Etta Montgomery of Commerce, Okla; three brothers, Burl Mills of Buda, Louis Mills of Shreveport, La., and Charles Mills of Rio Grande City; and 33 grandchildren.
