    Beulah P. Donlin, 90, W. Baltimore resident
    Beulah P. Donlin, who lived in West Baltimore from 1941 to 1987, died of complications from cancer at the Methodist Home of the District of Columbia. She was 90.
    She moved from Washington to Ten Hills in West Baltimore in 1941 when her husband, William M. Donlin, was appointed director of the Old-Age and Survivors Insurance and Disability Insurance Trust, now part of the Social Security Administration.
    Mrs. Donlin, who was active in the Women's Civic League here, retired to Leisure World in Olney in 1987 and moved to the Methodist Home in 1993.
    She was born Beulah Parks in Athens, Tenn. Her marriage to ZTC Charles Howard Hogan ended in divorce. In 1940, she married Mr. Donlin, who died in 1969.
    A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Episcopal Heritage Church, 2727 O St. N.W. in Washington.
    She is survived by a son, H. L. Hogan of Washington.
